About us
Project Fund Timeline
100% of proceeds from The Freedom Café counter support projects and initiatives to end human trafficking and the commercial exploitation of all people.
Four pillars
Where the money goes
There is so much essential work to be done, so we support projects locally and globally. Every grant goes to an initiative that directly impacts one of the four core pillars of the movement. Each year we raise funds for two or three projects and disburse them in January, during National Human Trafficking Awareness Month.
Prevention
Education and awareness that stop exploitation before it starts.
Intervention
Support for the people and teams who identify and rescue victims.
Legislation
Advocacy for laws and policies that protect people and hold exploiters accountable.
Aftercare
Safe homes, care and vocational training for survivors rebuilding their lives.
